UAE Wrestling, Judo & Kick Boxing Federation is the United
Arab Emirates official organizing and managing party for all issues related to
the three sportts, including but not limited to forming national teams,
certifying coaches, players and referees, managing local sports contest of
Wrestling, Judo and JIu Jitsu, coordinating with regional, continental and
internatioal related federations and associations
The Federation was established based on resolution No. 26 for
the year of 2001 issued by His Excellency Dr. Ali Abdel-Aziz Al Sharhan, the
Minister of Education and Youth - Chairman of the Public Authority for Youth
Welfare & Sports for the formation of Board of Directors for the UAE
Wrestling Federation
The president of the federation,
Mohammed Bin Tha’loob Al Derai has a message which is: We in UAE Wrestling, Judo and Jiu Jitsu Federation are proud of
our country's sup support which resulted in successful hosting of many
regional,continental and international sports championships for the past years.
